Sub-processors

SmartlyQ uses a limited number of trusted third-party service providers (sub-processors) to deliver our services. We share only the data necessary for each provider to perform its function, under data-processing terms that require appropriate security and confidentiality.

The categories of sub-processors we engage are:

• Cloud hosting & storage — running the application and storing your data.
• AI model providers — generating text, images, video, and voice from your prompts.
• Payment processing — handling subscription and billing transactions.
• Email delivery — sending transactional and marketing email.
• Product analytics — understanding feature usage (only with your consent).
• Error monitoring — diagnosing and fixing application errors.
• Content delivery network (CDN) — serving media and assets quickly.

Some of these providers are located outside the EEA. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
