1. Sign in at app.smartlyq.com with the same email and password you use in the app.
2. Open your profile menu at the top and choose Account.
3. Scroll down to Delete account and select Delete my account.
4. Confirm with your password.

Your account is deleted straight away and any active subscription is cancelled, so you are not charged again.

Email support@smartlyq.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm the request comes from you and delete the account within 30 days.

• Your profile, sign-in details and settings
• Your workspaces and everything in them: contacts, conversations, posts, media, tasks and AI assistant chats
• Your connections to social networks and other services

• Billing records (payments, invoices and subscriptions), for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Copies in our encrypted backups, until those backups are replaced in their normal rotation.

Agency accounts with client accounts under them need to remove or hand back those client accounts first. Contact support if you need help with that.
